As technology advances, new mental health options are emerging for those individuals that have limited time and availability. To accommodate those individuals, we offer both Face to Face and Virtual Counseling via videoconference, IM (instant message), phone, and email. You have the options to book Individual Counseling, Couples Counseling, Family Counseling or subscribe to one of our monthly telehealth packages.

By utilizing the convenience of technology, I aspire to make a breakthrough in the field of counseling while observing breakthroughs in the lives of my clients.

My mission is to assist clients in achieving their goals all while taking control of their emotional & mental health. I walk alongside individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, mood disorders, low self esteem and more. My overall goal is to provide a professional level of counseling to underserved individuals.
Our Practice
Inner Healing Counseling is a private counseling practice that offers virtual and traditional counseling to residents of Alabama. We also offer virtual counseling to residents of Georgia & Florida. Insurances that we currently accept includes: Alabama Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, All Kids, United Healthcare, PeeHip, New Directions EAP, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, Magellan, Behavioral Health Systems, Beacon, Optum Behavioral Health and American Behavioral.
